I have found out that the Support Magistrate has a DBA with his name/county. To match his Oath of Office. He should have gone with an LLC to limit his liability. He also teaches on UIFSA and states in his classes they have no administrative powers. This is why he shit when I read the affidavit. It all is starting to come together now.

I ordered the Oath of Office through the County Clerk's office. I also asked for copies of a bond certificate if the clerk doesn't have them then I will go to the treasury.
